Midwest Designated Boys 12s

Congratulations to Jack Dabek, for reaching the last round of the consolation at the Boys 12s Midwest Level 2 Designated in Midland.  He lost in 3 sets in the front draw to the 3 seed.

Midwest Designated Girls 12s

Congratulations to Sarina Xie for reaching the quarterfinals of the Girls 12s Midwest Level 2 Designated tournament last weekend in Dayton.  She defeated the #4 seed 7-5 6-3.

Midwest Level 4 Semifinalists

Congratulations to Paige Kompa and Ashley Tan for finishing 3rd place last weekend at the Midwest Level 4 Championships.
In the girls 12s, Paige won 16-14 in the 3rd set tiebreaker in the 3rd place match.
In the girls 16s, Ashley won 6-2 6-2 in the 3rd place match.

Metka / Rola Named ITA All Tournament Team

Last week Kevin Metka was named to the ITA National Indoor All Tournament team at #3 doubles with Blaz Rola.  They were undefeated in doubles, including an 8-4 victory over Virginia's Mitchell Frank and Alex Domijan, the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.
