Bikram Yoga For Tennis



Bikram Yoga is the Perfect Blend of Flexibility, Strength, Balance and Cardiovascular Training.
Many Professional Athletes incorporate it in their fitness training, including Andy Murray, Serena Williams, the New York Giants, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Phoenix Suns. The Ohio State Football team also practices Bikram.
Murray credits Bikram for elevating his physically fitness and mental strength. Along with the rigorous physical demands, yoga helps quiet the mind through controlling breathing.
